Why is Congress arming a ceasefire?

There has been a reduction in the rate of killing in Gaza but nothing resembling a ceasefire -- except in the minds of corporate media editors and Congress members, who call every new Israeli attack a "test" of a "ceasefire."
And yet the weapons keep flowing, as Congress refuses to impose the arms embargo required by law.
If it's a ceasefire, why keep arming it?
If Israel is ignoring yet another "ceasefire" to continue slaughtering men, women, and children, why keep arming it?
Ask your Congress member and senators to make sense of it if they can!
