We won’t take “No autopsy” for an answer

When the leader of the Democratic Party’s governing body makes a big promise, it should be kept.
That’s why RootsAction continues to demand that the Democratic National Committee chair stop reneging on his pledge to release the DNC’s autopsy report on the 2024 election disaster.
A leak to Axios about the autopsy has revealed its conclusion that Kamala Harris’s support for arming Israel amid the genocide in Gaza was a significant factor in her loss to Donald Trump. But the DNC remains in public denial.
If you haven’t already, please urge the DNC to release its autopsy so Democrats can learn from the past and defeat the fascistic Republican forces.
An autopsy on the 2024 defeat is already public – the one RootsAction provided in December of last year. You can read that autopsy here. And there’s a summary by The Guardian.
Yesterday, RootsAction reached more than 90 percent of the DNC’s members with emails that said: “Along with thousands of Democratic candidates and millions of Americans who volunteer and donate to the party, you do not have access to the autopsy that the DNC commissioned to assess what went wrong in 2024. To help fill that void, you can read the autopsy report titled ‘How Democrats Lost the White House.’”
