Prosecute ICE, Not Its Victims

ICE is trying to sell seven of the 11 massive warehouses it purchased and planned to use for locking up more people — a victory for opponents of this madness.

But the Department of so-called Homeland Security has charged 15 people with "conspiracy" for protesting ICE in Minnesota. While any actual crimes should be investigated, "conspiracy" is often a means of including innocent people in an investigation — and of scaring others from joining in perfectly legal activism in the future.

Meanwhile, Minnesota has not prosecuted the ICE and Border agents who killed Alex Pretti and Renée Good.

Whether you live in Minnesota or elsewhere, remind your state's legislators and governor of the need to prosecute ICE crimes that happen in their state.
